I have been fishing the gulf coast ever since I can remember. The salt has been a part of my life so much so that I joined the Navy. However my kayak fishing journey really began when I purchased my first Hobie kayak in 2008. From that point on I was hooked. Since then I have fished almost every weekend. Kayak fishing is not just a hobby for me, it is part of my life. I have had several accomplishments throughout the years, winning many redfish tournaments and placing top 3 in many more. However what really sets me apart is that I love to produce digital media. So much so that I worked to obtain a Bachelors of a science in digital film making. Over the years I have produced high quality photography and videography for my social media channels but also for Hobies marketing team. I also created a short documentary on my YouTube channel labeled “The Rise of Texas Kayak Fisherman”. With my passion in digital media has also afforded me a good amount of followers on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

Fishing and content creation drive me but the vehicle that gets me there is my Hobie kayak!
