I was born and raised in southwest Florida, and I’ve spent my entire life fishing in the Naples/Marco Island/Everglades area. My introduction to kayak fishing began as a way to escape and unwind from the hectic restaurant industry, which had been my profession at the time. In 2013, I purchased my first Hobie kayak, and ever since, I’ve been a devoted Hobie fisherman.

In 2016, I had the privilege of joining the Hobie fishing team, marking a significant milestone in my fishing journey. That same year, I also embarked on a career at Naples Outfitters as a fishing guide, technician, and salesperson. I find immense joy in taking people out and the thrill of catching tarpon, snook, redfish, trout, and various other fish species, and, above all, the remarkable Hobie kayaks that enhance the experience.
