My name is Ian Harris, but everyone knows me as Dizzyfish or just plain Dizzy. I am a kayak fisherman from the United Kingdom. I have been fishing for over 40 years, but for the last 15 years I have fished exclusively from a kayak. I am an all rounder, who loves fishing from freshwater as much as Saltwater. I have competed in many kayak fishing tournaments over the years. Including competing in 5 Hobie Fishing Worlds finals, finishing 5th in China in 2015, and winning the anglers choice award in Holland in 2014. I organised the London International kayak fishing tournament series which attracted kayak fishermen from all over the world, in what was Europe's biggest televised kayak fishing event. In 2020 I published a book "Kayak Fishing, In Close and Personal", and I have written for over 15 angling magazines worldwide, and have featured on the front covers of 6 magazines. I enjoy kayak fishing across the world and have caught everything from from Marlin to Sharks from my Hobie kayak. I like nothing more than casting top water popper lures from my Hobie Mirage Lynx, to catch bass and chub. I am an ambassador for Lowrance electronics, Navionics, Duo International and PowerPole. Since 2011 I have been part of the Hobie UK fishing team.
