I started kayak fishing in 2010, got my first Hobie in 2015 a Revolution 13 Demo from Monahan's Marine i Quincy, MA. I joined the Three Belles Outfitters kayak fishing team in 2016. I remained a member until 2019 having upgraded to a 2018 Hobie Revolution.
2019 had Matt Bosgraaf reach out to me and discuss joining the The Kayak Centre of RI kayak fishing team and represent the Hobie brand. As a RI resident this gave me the opportunity to become a Hobie team member. I have been a loyal Hobie customer and have purchased a 2019, 2020, 2021 and my current 2022 Hobie Outback as a team member. Currently have a 2023 Hobie Outback on order with TKC.
I have fished the Fluke Til Ya Puke, TBO Trifecta, On The Water Striper Cup 2010 – Present, The Fisherman Magazine Coastal Kayak Clash (3rd place 2022) and various club tournaments, Aquidneck Island Striper Team, Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association and Narragansett Surfcasters. Regionally fish from MA, RI and CT, but mostly RI.
Regularly finish in the top ten kayak division of On The Water Striper Cup..
