James is an avid angler of over 20 yrs. James has competed at the highest level of bass fishing. He is a 2 time Angler of The Year with the Colorado Kayak Bassmasters and Colorado Kayak Fishing Club. He is also a Hobie Satellite Event Champion at Lake Pueblo. James has qualified and participated in the Hobie BOS Tourmament of Champions on Ouachita Lake in 2019.
James is currently the President and Tournament Director for the Colorado Kayak Bassmasters in the State of Colorado and a Pro Staff member of Waterline Sports in Loveland, Colorado.
