International anglers have started to arrive!
Yesterday forty-two from eighteen countries started to arrive at the event headquarters here in Åmål, Sweden. The championships will take place from August 9th -15th to battle it out in three days of the most competitive kayak fishing ever seen for the coveted title of Daiwa – Hobie Fishing World Champion.
On August 10th and 11th, anglers will have the opportunity to get on the water with factory supplied Hobie® Pro Angler 14 kayaks, fitted with Lowrance Elite FS™ 7 with Active Imaging 3-in-1 fish finder, powered up with a NOCQUA battery, a Power-Pole Micro Anchor, RAM Mounts on Lake Vanern.
